THE RESTAURANT

Freshly caught fish and seafood, hand-picked mushrooms, mountain vegetables, a variety of herbs and spices grown in our own greenhouse, fresh berries and vegetables from our garden along with wild duck, hazel grouse, and Shika deer that our Guides and chef catch themselves makes up our menu.
